This policy covers the Work Flow app used with QuickBooks Online and Google (Sheets / Gmail / Drive) to prepare invoices for Constructive Thinking’s Metricon work.

## What the app does

The app reads job details from Google Sheets, creates invoice PDFs and Gmail drafts, and can create unpaid invoices in QuickBooks Online when connected.

## Information we process

Depending on how you use the app, it may process:

- Job and invoice details (address, job number, ETO, hours, materials amounts, invoice totals)

- QuickBooks customer and invoice data for Constructive Thinking’s company

- Google account data needed to run Sheets, Drive, Gmail drafts, and Calendar sync for the connected business account

## How we use it

Only to create drafts and invoices for Constructive Thinking’s own bookkeeping and client billing. We do not sell this information.

## Sharing

Data may be sent to:

- Intuit / QuickBooks Online (when you connect QuickBooks)

- Google (Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar for the connected account)

## Storage and access

Credentials and tokens for QuickBooks are stored in Google Apps Script properties for the business Google account. Access is limited to people who can open that Apps Script project and the connected Google / QuickBooks accounts.

## Your choices

You can disconnect QuickBooks from the sheet menu, revoke app access in your Intuit and Google account settings, and delete drafts or invoices in those products.
