Because we are succeeding and have been for over a decade. We met in 2015 and married two years later. Erin had recently exited a seven year relationship and Aaran had never gone longer than a consecutive year. Those first two years were challenging, but we struggled together creating a universal framework that resulted in a marriage so enjoyable our troubled former selves wouldn’t believe it possible.
Since marrying we have never quarrelled and don’t bicker. We don’t compromise, we work out what’s best for our family and do that. We don’t have rules, we have shared values. Communication is key and we do it without a raised voice or a sharp tone. Total transparency, total honesty.

But to get you there we need to know that you both want to and are willing to commit to our process. Once each of you have filled out our questionnaire, we require you to sign a three part agreement.
The first is called the ‘Relational Success Agreement’ which lays out crucial principles for success in your relationship and during our sessions together.
We are non-clinical, experience-based relationship mentors, so we and our client's are not protected by confidentiality laws. Due to this, the second agreement is a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This protects both our clients and us, as our work draws directly on personal and private experiences.
The final agreement is financial. Due to the seriousness of the situation you are seeking help to resolve and the nature or our framework, we require a non-refundable upfront payment for a minimum of 10, 1h sessions @ $250 per session. Sessions must be completed within a maximum of 10 weeks from your initial session. If you do not complete 10 sessions within 10 weeks, but wish to continue with us we will require another upfront payment. Which will not include the un-completed sessions from the previous batch.
We understand this is tough, but that’s the point.
We are confident that what we can help you achieve in 10 sessions over ten straight weeks or less, is enough to save your relationship and set you on a successful path. This is not a guarantee, as death and suffering are the only guarantees in life, but we believe that in 10 sessions with us, you will either:
Have enough information to succeed without us.
Have enough appreciation for our guidance that you’ll book single maintenance sessions going forward.
Clarity that your differences are irreconcilable, and that ending the relationship is the most constructive path forward. That said we believe that if both partners are willing it’s usually enough to reconcile most differences. They just need help to do it.
Our payment model is an integral part of our process for your benefit and ours. Committing to ten sessions and two and half grand proves to us that you’re worth our time and energy and that there is hope left. Our time, energy and your success has a dollar value for us, but your success is far more valuable than money to us, to you and to everyone around you.
