# End-User License Agreement — Work Flow (Constructive Thinking)

This agreement covers use of the Work Flow app that connects Google Workspace tools and QuickBooks Online for Constructive Thinking’s invoicing workflow.

## License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for Constructive Thinking’s internal business invoicing and bookkeeping.

## What the app does

It may create invoice PDFs, Gmail drafts, calendar events, and unpaid QuickBooks invoices from job data you provide. It does not automatically send emails to clients unless you send them yourself.

## Your responsibilities

- Keep your Google and Intuit login credentials secure

- Check PDF drafts, Gmail drafts, and QuickBooks invoices before sending or relying on them

- Use the app only with accounts and companies you are authorised to access

## No warranty

The app is provided “as is.” Constructive Thinking does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every draft or invoice will be error-free. You remain responsible for final invoices and tax records.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Constructive Thinking is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights you cannot lawfully waive.

## Termination

Access may be withdrawn at any time (for example by disconnecting QuickBooks or removing the Apps Script). On termination, stop using the app; data already in Google or QuickBooks remains under those products’ terms.
